5)b) The back door chime was not turned on this morning until about 10:30 am when the children were brought in from outdoor play. The door did not make any other sound that would have alerted the licensee if a child opened the door. 5)c)vii) The outdoor play area is L-shaped and this presents some challenges for active supervision during outdoor play. There were several occasions when there were children on the side of the house while the licensee was in back of the house, or vice versa, and the licensee was not able to actively supervise all of the children at those times as she could not see them.
